Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to drive design, delivery, modernization, and operational success of enterprise applications across Product Development. You will work with product owners, architects, and engineers to define priorities and deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Requirements include strong full-stack depth, cloud proficiency (GCP), microservices, REST APIs, and CI/CD expertise. Hybrid work model in the United States is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Bachelor of Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise application development or related roles.
• Experience partnering with product owners, architects, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define product priorities, roadmaps, and implementation plans with stakeholders.
• Design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications using Java/J2EE and Python.
• Develop and operate cloud-native platforms on Google Cloud Platform with CI/CD
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards and practices.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure security, reliability, and performance.
