Ford Motor Company is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager within Ford Pro Intelligence. You will guide a team of software engineers, shape technical direction, and ensure high-quality delivery for connected services that optimize fleet operations and vehicle performance.

Qualifications

12 years of software development experience in multiple languages (e.g., Java, Python, C, Go).
5 years in a senior leadership role managing people and delivering software products to market.
5 years leading teams building customer-facing, browser-based apps with strong UI/UX understanding.
5 years of experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
3 years leading teams that design and scale internal and external APIs with service-oriented/microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering managers who support software engineering teams delivering end-to-end products from conception to production for millions of drivers.
Grow software engineering managers and their teams with regular feedback and development opportunities.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects on time and within budget and quality standards.
Lead cross-functional scope including frontend UI/UX and backend API teams delivering powering services.
