Job summary

Fireworks is seeking a deeply technical product manager who will work directly with customers, understanding data, models, and workflows, and designing production-ready solutions on Fireworks. Qualifications

• Technical degree in CS, EE, or similar field.
• Software engineering or another technical role before PM.
• Product management experience.
• Previous customer-facing experience with external customers.
• Strong practical fluency with LLMs: inference, fine-tuning, evals and agents.
• Credible with both engineers and executives.
• Focus on outcomes, adaptability, and fast context-switching.
• Prepared to work through intense periods.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify high-value use cases.
• Map customer environments (data, models, latency, cost, infra).
• Design and propose tailored Fireworks solutions and PoCs.
• Lead onboarding and implementation adding fine-tuning, latency, API integration and cost modeling.
• Advise customers on AI strategy using Fireworks.
• Turn early interest into long-term usage and expansion.
• Own engagements end-to-end and run cross-functional initiatives.
• Build business cases and assist in closing key accounts.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, sales, and field teams.
• Explain technical trade-offs clearly to diverse audiences.
