Job summary

Fireworks AI is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to be the technical backbone of customer onboarding and ongoing adoption of our fast inference platform. You will bridge customer engineering teams with Fireworks’ product, engineering, and applied AI teams, owning the business case, success criteria, and end-to-end relationship.

You will lead technical deployment, scoping, and value realization, while handling renewals, expansions, and customer reviews.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Experience with LLMs in production.
• Enterprise relationship management from delivery to renewals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity within an early-stage function.

Responsibilities

• Map stakeholders, define success criteria, and identify risks during deals.
• Quantify the deployment business case and scope pilots with milestones.
• Own post-sale technical relationship from kickoff to go-live.
• Coordinate with AI Field Engineering for PoC to production.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and expansion opportunities.
• Forecast account health risks and renewal considerations.
