Job summary

Fireworks AI is seeking a Product Manager, Growth to drive adoption of our product portfolio among developers. You will improve how developers discover our platform, reach a successful model call, come back, and expand usage.

You will own roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, guiding features from ideas through launch, and ensuring a smooth time-to-first-working-request with clear docs and pricing, while collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management, preferably in developer experience or growth roles.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing and funnel optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, aligning engineers, designers, and GTM partners.

Responsibilities

• Own growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Drive features from idea to launch across product surfaces (docs, API, playground, pricing).
• Analyze product metrics to identify gaps and validate fixes; work with cross-functional teams.
