EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to shape a product-led talent technology organization. You will define investment strategy, roadmaps, and governance while coordinating with Demand Management and delivery partners to realize value at enterprise scale.

The role emphasizes governance, discovery, and cross-functional alignment to turn strategy into measurable outcomes and adoption across the enterprise.

Competenze

• Experience establishing or maturing a product organization with governance and operating rhythms.
• Experience defining a technology investment strategy and roadmap aligned to priorities, architecture, funding and value.
• Lead Client Zero, pilot, or incubation initiatives through implementation and enterprise scale.

Mansioni

• Define and implement the talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap.
• Maintain an integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, and delivery.
• Establish governance, operating rhythms, and decision rights across the portfolio.
