Job summary

EY is seeking a Technical Product & Innovation Manager to help shape a product-led talent technology organization. You will govern the portfolio, set investment strategy, drive technical roadmaps, and lead Client Zero initiatives aligning strategy, user needs, and delivery.

In collaboration with Demand Management, you will govern intake, sequencing, and value realization, balancing risks, costs and feasibility while coordinating across enterprise technology and delivery partners to achieve

Qualifications

• Experience in technical product management within HR or talent technology or enterprise platforms.
• Proven track record establishing maturing product governance, operating rhythms and decision rights.
• Experience defining technology investment strategy & roadmaps aligning with business priorities and architecture.
• Experience leading Client Zero, pilot initiatives through implementation and enterprise scale.
• Experience managing roadmaps/backlogs and translating business needs to requirements and user stories.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms or service-delivery tech (e.g., ServiceNow, employee portals).
• Knowledge of integrations, data flows, security, privacy, risk, and release management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement talent technology investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap.
• Maintain integrated view of talent technology inventory, portfolio, demand, capacity, risk and value.
• Prepare decision-ready recommendations balancing user value, feasibility, cost and risk.
• Establish governance forums connecting strategy, investments, demand, architecture and delivery.
• Track adoption, experience, quality, reliability, and value realization to guide scaling or retirement.
