Job summary

Haemonetics Corp is seeking a technical support specialist to service customers across the North American territory. You will address product, quality and application questions, deliver training, and collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, R&D and Manufacturing teams to optimize product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Remote with 50% travel, a biomedical/electrical/computer engineering background is required, and strong presentation and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience with medical devices or clinical plasma collection experience.
• Remote work with ability to travel domestically up to 50%.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot product, application and customer issues.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customers within an assigned territory, addressing product, quality and application inquiries and escalating as needed.
• Help develop or deliver technical education and product training programs to ensure high training standards and optimal results.
• Provide training to internal and external customers in collaboration with senior team members.
• Communicate best practices and techniques of tactile execution programs to Product Applications, Marketing and Sales teams.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of Haemonetics' product portfolio and competitive products.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to promote product utilization and business objectives.
• Provide technical representation during customer presentations, meetings, conferences and seminars.
• Assist in providing technical, quality and regulatory support for the portfolio in the territory.
• Support product implementations and onboarding activities with senior colleagues and cross-functional partners.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams by communicating feedback and opportunities.
