Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customers within the assigned territory across product, quality and regulatory inquiries.
• Develop and deliver technical education and product training programs to ensure high training standards.
• Train internal and external customers as needed in coordination with senior team members.
• Communicate best practices and product techniques to Product Applications, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Haemonetics products and competitive offerings to promote adoption and business growth.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives and provide technical representation in customer meetings and events.
• Assist with product implementations and customer onboarding in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
