PhoenixAI in Menlo Park, CA seeks a Technical Product Marketing Manager to drive technical content, developer evangelism, and sales enablement for its Agentic Database. The role blends product marketing with hands-on engineering and live demos.

The ideal candidate is an engineer at heart who can write and present to engineers and technical buyers, build demos, and enable the sales team across launches and competitive messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a STEM field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in software engineering, solutions engineering, developer relations, or technical marketing.
• Hands-on software development and ability to present live product demos.
• Strong foundations in databases or lakehouse architectures and technical discussions.
• Excellent writer able to produce technical content with clear voice and positioning.
• Confident presenter with experience at meetups or industry events.
• Experience contributing to/open-source projects and community involvement.
• Familiarity with analytical data systems such as StarRocks, ClickHouse, Trino, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Video or short-form content production experience.

Responsibilities

• Technical Content Creation: write blogs, tutorials, benchmarks, and solution briefs.
• Developer Evangelism & Speaking: deliver webinars, speak at meetups, demos at events.
• Demos & Sample Code: build product demos and sample apps for realistic scenarios.
• Community Engagement: engage with users in community channels and surface themes.
• Sales Enablement: create battlecards, decks, demos, and FAQs; train the sales team.
• Product Launches & Competitive Intelligence: support launches and track competitors.
• Messaging & Feedback Loop: refine positioning based on signals from community and sales.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: align content with product, eng, sales, and marketing.
