Job summary

PhoenixAI, headquartered in Menlo Park, CA, seeks a Database Support Engineer to drive onboarding, deployment, adoption, and long-term customer success for the Agentic Database. This customer-facing role blends deep technical expertise with strong communication, supporting sales and post-sales teams across evaluations and PoCs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical support, customer success, or engineering role.
• Hands-on OLAP workloads experience and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and deployment guidance to ensure production realization of sales-cycle architecture.
• Drive product adoption, resolve technical issues, and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and represent interests internally.
• Monitor technical health, troubleshoot production issues, and suggest architecture/configuration improvements.
• Provide PoC support to presales and assist with evaluations and plans.
• Keep detailed evaluation records to refine processes and inform product enhancements.
