Job summary
PhoenixAI is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to drive technical content, developer evangelism, and sales enablement for the Agentic Database. This is a hands-on, hybrid role at the intersection of product marketing and developer relations: you'll write about the product, speak to engineers and technical buyers, demo it live, and arm our sales team to sell it.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a STEM field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years in software engineering, solutions engineering, developer relations, or related technical role.
- Hands-on software development experience; proficient in SQL and live product demos.
- Strong technical foundation in databases, distributed systems, or lakehouse architectures.
- Strong writer who can produce technical content with coaching on positioning.
- Confident presenter delivering talks, webinars, and demos.
- Curious, high-energy, thrives in fast-moving startup environments.
- Experience speaking at meetups, webinars, or industry conferences.
- Familiar with StarRocks, ClickHouse, Trino, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data systems.
- Experience contributing to or building around an open-source project and its community.
- Video or short-form content production experience.
Responsibilities
- Technical Content Creation: research, write, publish technical content for engineers and technical buyers.
- Developer Evangelism & Speaking: represent PhoenixAI to technical audiences, deliver webinars and live demos.
- Demos & Sample Code: build demos, sample apps, and video content, keep current as product evolves.
- Community Engagement: engage with users in StarRocks community channels, surface themes.
- Sales Enablement: build technical enablement for Sales and Solutions, plus training.
- Product Launches & Competitive Intelligence: support launches and track competitors, translate learnings into messaging.
- Messaging & Feedback Loop: contribute to positioning across open-source and commercial offerings, bring signals back to product/marketing.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: work with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to keep content accurate.
