PhoenixAI is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area for a hands-on, hybrid role at the intersection of product marketing and developer relations. You will write content, speak to engineers, demo the product, and empower the sales team with technical enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another STEM field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in software engineering, solutions engineering, developer relations, or related technical role, preferably at a B2B data infra or AI startup.
• Hands-on software development experience; proficient in SQL and comfortable building and presenting live demos.
• Strong technical foundation in databases, distributed systems, or lakehouse architectures; able to discuss with engineers.
• Strong writer who can produce clear, accurate technical content—from blog posts to tutorials to battlecards.
• Confident presenter, comfortable delivering talks, webinars, and live demos.
• Curious, high-energy, and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Technical Content Creation: Research, write, and publish technical content—blog posts, tutorials, benchmarks, comparisons, and solution briefs.
• Developer Evangelism & Speaking: Represent PhoenixAI to technical audiences, deliver webinars, speak at meetups and conferences, and present live demos.
• Demos & Sample Code: Build and maintain demos, sample apps, and short-form video content.
• Community Engagement: Engage with StarRocks community channels, help grow a developer community around the open-source project.
• Sales Enablement: Build technical enablement for Sales and Solutions—pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts, FAQs, training.
• Product Launches & Competitive Intelligence: Support launches with content, demos, and enablement; track competitors and refine messaging.
• Messaging & Feedback Loop: Contribute to positioning across open-source and commercial offerings; feed signals back to product/marketing.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to keep content accurate and current.
