This on-site role in San Francisco requires hands-on ME experience and a proven ability to produce technical writing, case studies, and structured guides that accelerate adoption and demonstrate tangible value to engineering

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience as a mechanical engineer.
• Ability to translate mechanical problems into business value for engineering and exec audiences.
• Experience producing technical content for engineering audiences (case studies, onboarding guides, proofs of concept, champion kits, or similar).
• Portfolio or examples of technical writing, documentation, or presentations.

Aufgaben

• Lead creation of case studies and technical proof points for mechanical engineering audiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate wins into buyer-facing narratives.
• Own customer onboarding materials and surface technical friction points during early adoption.
• Create sales enablement assets to convert skeptical prospects.
• Maintain post-sales knowledge resources and compose technical guides.
• Draft 2–3 deep-dive technical blog posts per quarter and assist with newsletter copy.
• Own website messaging and evolve product positioning over time.
• Support webinars and demand-generation with engineering-first content.
