Job summary

Silvus Technologies seeks a Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive requirements, market adoption, and revenue for the Integrated Solutions portfolio. You will own system-level specs, performance KPIs, and turnkey configurations across PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS, collaborating with hardware and software teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience within defense, aerospace, or wireless communications.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking, or electromagnetic spectrum operations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate military or tactical use cases into technical requirements.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams to meet release dates.
• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities

• Requirements Engineering: translate mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Turnkey Solutions Integration: define end-to-end performance specs for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and ensure turnkey systems meet operating environments with ongoing customer engagement.
• Engineering Liaison: collaborate with hardware and software teams to leverage radios and modules into seamless turnkey systems.
• Sprint & Backlog Ownership: manage planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated solutions features and firmware builds.
• Scope & Trade-off Analysis: analyze customer requests, timelines, and boundaries to balance schedules and field expectations.
• Integrated Portfolio Lifecycle Management: oversee lifecycle and release schedules from concept through deployment for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and future solutions.
• Post-launch Performance: drive product adoption and revenue growth with sales, while collecting customer feedback for updates.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: align product execution with strategy, costs, and delivery timelines across R&D, operations, and GTM.
• Operational Feedback Loop: translate operator feedback and program office specs into feature priorities.
• Ecosystem Enablement: support defense integrators in validating plug-and-play integrations for terrestrial, aerial, and maritime platforms.
• Travel: up to 25% for field testing and customer engagements.
