Silvus Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive technical requirements, market adoption, and revenue growth of the Integrated Solutions portfolio. You will own system-level specs and collaborate with engineering to translate defense requirements into turnkey packages such as PRISM, NEXUS, and AIRS.

Located at Silvus' Irvine, CA office with a hybrid schedule; remote eligibility for US-based candidates and travel up to 25–50% for field

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or wireless communications.
• Strong working knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking, or electromagnetic spectrum operations.
• Ability to translate high-level military or tactical use cases into logical and structured technical requirements.
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional engineering, operations, and sales teams without direct authority to meet rigid release dates.
• Security clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
• All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Translate mission capabilities into technical requirements and user stories for integrated solutions.
• Define end-to-end performance specifications and system-level trade-offs for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS, ensuring turnkey systems.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering to leverage existing radios and modules into seamless turnkey systems.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated solution features and firmware builds.
• Oversee lifecycle and release schedules of PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and future integrations from concept to deployment.
• Drive product adoption and collaborate with Sales to generate revenue growth for Integrated Solutions.
