Job summary
Silvus Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive technical requirements, market adoption, and revenue growth of the Integrated Solutions portfolio. You will translate complex defense needs into turnkey packages, own system-level specs, and ensure operator-friendly experiences.
The role bridges tactical integration with engineering execution, focusing on PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS, and future solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless.
- Strong knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, signal processing, SDRs, mesh networking.
- Ability to translate military/tactical use cases into technical requirements.
- Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months and must be a U.S. citizen.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end performance specs and trade-offs for Integrated Solutions like PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS.
- Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated features.
- Collaborate with hardware/software teams to deliver turnkey systems and ensure field readiness.
- Oversee lifecycle and field feedback for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and future solutions.
- Travel up to 25% for field testing, integrations, and customer meetings.
