Job summary

Transfyr is seeking a Technical Delivery and Business Development Lead to drive the full lifecycle of customer engagements—from discovery through pilot deployment to signed partnerships. You will translate scientific and technical conversations into actionable plans, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure value is delivered for both science and business objectives.

You will work closely with founders, scientists, and engineers to identify partners, design scopes, and shape opportunities

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to drive complex business development initiatives.
Experience qualifying opportunities, designing engagements, and shaping scope and terms.
Comfort engaging with executives and managing multi-stakeholder deals.
Ability to learn quickly about AI, science workflows, and technical domains.

Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of customer engagement from discovery to signed partnerships.
Translate technical needs into shareable business outcomes and proposals.
Design pilot deployments and manage projects to deliver scientific and commercial value.
Develop budgets, milestones, and success criteria with stakeholders.
Coordinate diligence, pricing, contracting, and internal approvals to maintain momentum.
Serve as primary partner-facing project manager during launches when needed.
Balance strategic opportunities with focus to avoid distractions.
Communicate with scientists, operators, executives, and investors with clarity.
