Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in network operations, network engineering, or network construction.
• 4 years experience building and maintaining telecommunication infrastructure, FTTH/X, network operations, and/or outside plant (OSP) projects.
• Experience with construction quality processes for predictive, proactive, and reactive quality management.

Responsibilities

• Drive product quality and customer experience improvements using field data.
• Support financial planning processes—forecasting, target setting, CapEx/OpEx budgets.
• Monitor network performance and lead troubleshooting; prepare and implement MOPs.
• Manage vendor performance for both inside and outside plant responsibilities.
• Provide local insights to centralized teams to drive refinement and innovation.
