Job summary

gFiber is seeking an experienced Technical Operations Program Manager, OSP Construction to lead cross-functional projects. You will plan, execute, and deliver OSP FTTH construction work, overseeing pre-construction, execution, splicing/testing, and turnover to downstream teams.

You will drive budgets, schedules, and vendor performance while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure scope alignment and on-time delivery in a complex, capital-intensive environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in program/project management with large, technical scopes.
• 5 years vendor management and accountability for project deliveries.
• Experience scheduling, forecasting costs, and commercial terms with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Quality management to ensure designs meet standards and contracts.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and material flow for projects.
• Drive vendor construction schedules and performance against milestones.
• Coordinate progress with internal and external stakeholders for turnover.
