Aufgaben

• Works with Management to provide account implementation and operations support to install, maintain, and expand business opportunities.
• Acts as a program liaison between Clients, Talent, and Company departments.
• Reviews background reports and drug test results against client requirements and communicates outcomes.
• Assists recruiters with onboarding paperwork and I-9 to ensure proper onboarding per requirements.
• Schedules travel and coordinates meetings and maintains administrative calendars.
• Manages client reporting and purchase orders to ensure accurate records.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and maintains electronic files for auditing.
• Collaborates with internal teams and client leaders to support new client implementations.
• Escalates client requests or issues to the appropriate team according to scope.
• Educates account teams on client requirements and adherence to procedures.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
