Responsibilities

• Works with Management to provide account implementation and operations support.
• Acts as a program liaison between Clients, Talent, and Company departments.
• Reviews background reports and drug test results against client requirements and communicates results.
• Assists recruiters with onboarding paperwork and I-9 requirements.
• Schedules, coordinates travel and meetings and maintains calendars.
• Manages client reporting and POs.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintains electronic files for auditing purposes.
• Partners with internal teams and client leaders for successful implementation.
• Escalates client requests to appropriate team.
• Educates account team on client requirements and procedures.
