Staffmark Total Talent Solutions in Coppell, TX seeks an Operations Specialist for a fully on-site contract role. You will manage the RB refurbish program, analyze data, and generate reports for carrier accounts, interfacing with internal and external customers.

The role focuses on KPI review, forecasting, and daily operation oversight. Strong Excel skills, SQL-like data handling preferred, plus collaborative communication to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience.
• 2-3 years in business analysis/account management/project management.
• Advanced MS Office skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Track and meet KPI, forecast, return volume, and production progress; update database and report KPI to management.
• Ensure returns are repaired/refurbished per volume and carrier demand.
• Ensure availability of materials, products, parts, and supplies to meet daily production objectives.
• Identify cost-reduction and efficiency opportunities in current or new business.
• Review receiving and validate rejects; guide inventory movement.
• Run systematic inventory checks; align physical inventories with data.
• Follow up on daily duties to keep operations running smoothly.
