Job summary

WITRON in Wellford, South Carolina, USA, seeks an Electromechanic Trainer to build training capability for a major client by preparing and mentoring their trainers. You will ensure technical expertise, instructional skills, and confidence to deliver high-quality electromechanical training across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an electromechanic.
• Post-secondary diploma or certificate preferred.
• Experience as a trainer is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite electromechanical training and related sessions.
• Provide and monitor on-the-job training for trainees.
• Evaluate trainee learning retention and progress.
• Complete and submit documentation for training completions.
• Conduct weekly walkthroughs to verify methods.
• Participate in trainer meetings and maintain training documents.
