You will manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing positions, build pipelines for aerospace/propulsion roles, and source candidates via networking, social media, and other

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Manufacturing recruiting experience; aerospace, aviation or DoD strongly preferred.
• Proven success sourcing active and passive candidates.
• Agency, staffing-company or recruiting business ownership experience is highly valued.
• Strong hiring-manager and candidate relationship skills.
• Independent, proactive and resourceful working style.
• Ability to manage urgency without losing communication or follow-through.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing positions.
• Build pipelines for specialized aerospace and propulsion skill sets.
• Source candidates through networking, social media and alternative search methods.
• Manage applicants through the company’s ATS.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and provide consistent updates.
• Represent the company’s mission, culture and values throughout the process.
• Work onsite with a rapidly growing American manufacturer.
