Apex Technology, Inc. is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeks a Technical Recruiter – Engineering & Production to scale our spacecraft-building efforts.

You will own end-to-end recruiting for engineering and production roles, partnering with leaders to align priorities and deliver top talent. This fast-paced role requires 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing skills (including LinkedIn), and a proven ability to assess both technical and behavioral fit.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, partnering with hiring managers and directors.
• Knowledge of aerospace/engineering trends and roles.
• Ability to assess technical aptitude and behavioral fit.
• Experience managing multiple candidate pipelines and tracking progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for engineering and other roles.
• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with strong hiring-manager partnerships.
• Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate fit.
• Facilitate interviews and hiring decisions with panels and leadership.
• Manage offers in collaboration with managers.
• Continuously improve candidate experience and recruiting processes.
