Digital Prospectors Corp is seeking an Engineering Recruiter to identify and place top engineering talent, including DoD-related initiatives. You will develop strong relationships with strategic candidates and act as a staffing partner by sharing opportunities and guidance throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing agency recruiting experience.
• Prior experience staffing Information Technology positions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and goal‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, clear, and present top candidates for open roles using the company database and tools.
• Develop rapport and build relationships with strategic candidates.
• Act as staffing partner by presenting opportunities, interview tips, and resume guidance.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on job order qualification/creation and client calls.
