Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including partnering with hiring managers and directors, assessing candidate qualifications, and managing pipeline progress.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace industry trends, engineering roles, and technical skill sets.
• Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit.
• Experience managing various pipelines of candidates and tracking progress through recruitment processes.
• Proficiency sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and hire high-quality candidates for engineering and other roles.
• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy.
• Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit.
• Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership.
• Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers and leadership.
• Continuously seek new ways to improve both candidate experience and recruiting process.
• Manage application and interview data, ensuring communications and information are tracked within our systems.
