Job summary

Apex Space, Inc. in Los Angeles is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeks a Technical Recruiter – Engineering & Production to scale the workforce building our spacecraft.

You will partner with engineering and production leaders to source top candidates and own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offers. This fast-paced role requires 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting, knowledge of aerospace trends, and strong candidate advocacy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with hiring managers and directors.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace industry trends and engineering roles.
• Ability to assess technical aptitude and behavioral fit.
• Experience managing multiple candidate pipelines and progress tracking.
• Proficient sourcing using LinkedIn and other techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for engineering and other roles.
• Own full-cycle recruiting with strong hiring manager partnership.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for fit.
• Coordinate interviews, decision making, and offers.
• Manage application data and communications in ATS.
