Job summary

The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to set up our retail teams for success. You will work with the Director of Retail Operations to improve showroom operations, develop standards, tools, training and communications, and participate in system improvement initiatives.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong project management, and cross-functional collaboration across Leadership, Inventory, Finance, IT, Asset Protection and Facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail industry experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of operational experience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent planning, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sound judgement with ability to make quick, informed decisions.
• Strong project management skills, and the ability to create accountability and deliver results to plan.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of management.
• Ability to travel within the USA to assist with setup, training, and retail support.

Responsibilities

• Set up retail teams for success and develop standards, tools, training, and communications.
• Assist Director of Retail Operations to improve operations and client experience.
• Lead system improvement initiatives and implementations.
• Provide clear and consistent guidance to WOS showrooms across the USA.
