Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in watch repair operations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large technical teams (20+ technicians).
• Strong understanding of mechanical, quartz, and high-complication timepieces.

• Lead and direct all operational, technical, and strategic functions within a high-volume watch repair workshop.
• Enhance production output while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.
• Improve workflow efficiency and support long-term organizational growth.
