Job summary

Style Search & Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Watchmaker to diagnose, service, repair, and restore mid-level to luxury timepieces. You will work on mechanical and quartz watches, ensuring high-quality standards and precise timing.

The role emphasizes continuous learning and contributing to a growing, high-volume service operation. The successful candidate combines traditional watchmaking skill with the drive to develop systems, processes, and customer trust in a premier watch service

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of professional watchmaking experience.
• Rolex certification at a minimum Level 40.
• CW21 certification or comparable verified watchmaking credentials.
• Proven experience servicing multiple brands and movement types.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with case disassembly and reassembly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, restoration, assembly, testing, and quality control of timepieces.
• Service a broad range of mechanical and quartz watches.
• Maintain workshop standards and proper tool/tooling care.
• Meet performance and aesthetic standards for completed watches.
• Collaborate with management to improve workshop efficiency.
