GALLO invites engineering students to join a Technical Management Development Program designed to provide hands-on experience across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and technical business functions.

Rotations may include winery operations, packaging, IT, data science, and Lean Six Sigma. The program supports growth under leaders and mentors while developing independent responsibility in engineering or operations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college pursuing an Engineering or Engineering Management degree.
• Or a Bachelor's or Master's in engineering with an internship experience, including Cultivate Internship Program.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Travel to company offices/sites up to 5% of the time for onboarding and events.

Responsibilities

• Join Technical Management Development Program with rotations across engineering, operations, and manufacturing.
• Apply engineering education to real business challenges while learning how products, processes, and innovation are brought to life.
• Rotate through winery operations, packaging, IT, data science, and Lean Six Sigma, with growth mentorship.
