Job summary

GALLO is offering an Operations Management Development Program designed to build a dynamic career through hands-on experience, leadership development, and meaningful business impact. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering or Engineering Management.
• Willing to travel up to 5% of the time for onboarding, training, meetings, and events.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through leadership and technical assignments across winery and plant operations, maintenance, supply chain, quality, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Lead and coach teams during rotations; communicate project status and drive process improvements.
• Develop the skills to lead people, manage work, and make informed operational decisions across multiple sites.
