GALLO invites engineering students to join a Technical Management Development Program designed to give hands-on experience across engineering, operations, manufacturing and technical business functions. In this rotational program you will apply your engineering education to real business challenges while learning how our teams bring products, processes, and innovation to life across the organization.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college pursuing an Engineering or Engineering Management degree.
• Willing to travel up to 5% of the time.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Willing to move to support program rotations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Technical Management Development rotations across engineering, operations and manufacturing.
• Rotate through winery operations, packaging, bottling and related areas.
• Collaborate with mentors and leaders to develop practical skills and contribute to projects.
