Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing an Engineering or Engineering Management degree or holds a Bachelor's/Master's in engineering.
• Willing to travel to company offices/sites up to 5% of the time for onboarding, training, and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in GALLO’s Technical Management Development Program with rotations across engineering, operations, manufacturing and technical business functions.
• Gain hands-on experience by applying engineering concepts to real business challenges and contributing to projects across the organization.
• Collaborate with leaders and mentors to develop toward independent responsibility in an engineering or operations discipline.
