Job summary

GALLO is seeking candidates for its Operations Management Development Program in California. This full-time, onsite program offers hands-on leadership development across winery and spirits plant operations, maintenance, supply chain, quality, performance engineering, EHS and IT product teams.

The role emphasizes real business impact, safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Participants rotate through diverse assignments, including Team Leader roles, with opportunities to coach and mentor

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering or Engineering Management; OR student or graduate with manufacturing internship.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary.
Willingness to travel up to 5% and relocate across program sites.

Responsibilities

Rotate through leadership and technical assignments across winery and plant ops, maintenance, supply chain, quality, IT and Lean initiatives.
Collaborate with teams, communicate project status, and drive process improvements.
Two of three rotations will be Team Leader roles with direct reports; develop, coach and mentor others.
