Job summary

E. & J. Gallo Winery seeks participants for its Technical Management Development Program 2027 in Modesto and other sites.

The program offers hands-on rotations across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and technical business functions to apply your engineering education to real business challenges. You will rotate through winery operations, packaging, bottling, cellar operations, capital projects, reliability maintenance, process technology, quality, IT, data science, and Lean Six Sigma,

Qualifications

Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university working towards an Engineering or Engineering Management degree; OR Bachelor's degree or Masters in engineering and previous engineering internship or Gallo internship experience, including Cultivate Internship Program.
Understanding of basic engineering and ability to follow standard work to achieve goals.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary.
Willingness to relocate or move between program sites as rotations require.
Travel to company offices/sites for onboarding, training, meetings up to 5% of time.
Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

Participate in rotational assignments across winery operations, packaging, bottling, cellar operations, and other technical functions.
Apply engineering education to real business challenges and drive improvement projects.
Collaborate with leaders and mentors to develop technical and leadership skills.
