GALLO is offering a Technical Management Development Program designed for engineering students to gain hands-on experience across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and technical business functions. In this rotational program, you’ll apply your engineering education to real business challenges while learning how our teams bring products, processes, and innovation to life across the organization.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited college or university pursuing an Engineering degree or Engineering Management.
• Basic engineering understanding and ability to follow standard work to achieve goals.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Willingness to travel to company offices/sites up to 5% of the time.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Join Technical Management Development Program with hands-on experience across engineering, operations, and manufacturing.
• Rotate through areas such as winery operations, packaging, bottling, and IT, contributing to projects.
• Learn by working with mentors and leaders to develop toward independent roles.
