Job summary

GALLO, a family-owned company with a 90+ year legacy, invites you to join its Operations Management Development Program in California. This onsite program offers hands-on leadership development, cross-functional rotations through winery, plant ops, maintenance, and Lean Six Sigma, and exposure to safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives.

You will rotate across functions, manage project status, and gain leadership experience with team-based roles.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and working towards a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Engineering Management; OR possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in these fields; OR currently enrolled or have obtained a Bachelor's or Masters degree plus a manufacturing internship or Cultivate Internship Program.
• Availability to travel up to 5% for onboarding, training, meetings, and events.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to relocate or work at different sites during rotations to fulfill role.

Responsibilities

• Join GALLO's Operations Management Development Program and rotate through winery and spirits plant operations, maintenance, supply chain, quality, EHS, sales, IT product teams, or Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams across sites, communicate project status, support process improvements, and develop skills to lead people and make informed operational decisions.
• Two of the three rotations are expected to be in Team Leader roles with hourly direct report responsibilities, enabling coaching and mentoring.
