Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Technical Maintenance Mechanic Lead in Mira Loma, CA. You will troubleshoot and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and electrical systems while leading a maintenance team in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience, knowledge of CMMS, and ability to read schematics. OSHA/LOTO compliance and safety focus are essential for reliable uptime.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience in warehouse/distribution/manufacturing environments.
• Extensive experience troubleshooting and repairing conveyor systems.
• Strong knowledge of conveyors, sortation systems, motors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, belts and rollers.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems and electrical systems including VFDs.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and maintenance manuals; use diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic issues on material handling equipment.
• Maintain and repair conveyors, sortation equipment, gearboxes, motors, VFDs, sensors and related components.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and document activities in CMMS.
• Support installation, commissioning, and modification of conveyor systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance staff.
