- Ability to translate concepts into hands-on learning experiences.
- Proven ability to lead Train‑the‑Trainer programs and enable instructors.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end technical learning journeys aligned to Builder roles and proficiency.
- Develop onboarding and product readiness curriculum strategies.
- Translate AI and product concepts into structured learning experiences.
- Define learning objectives, sequencing, and proficiency expectations.
- Create modular, scalable curriculum patterns across regions.
