General Assembly seeks an experienced Technical Lead Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and contextualize high-quality learning programs for enterprise and professional audiences. The role emphasizes AI-enabled development, practical workplace applications, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The position requires hands-on fluency with AI tools and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences while meeting GA’s standards and client needs.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum design, or a related field.
• Experience creating high-quality learning materials for enterprise, professional, technical, or workplace audiences.
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, including Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE, experiential learning, practice-based learning, and adult learning principles.
• Hands-on fluency with current AI tools and the ability to use those tools to design, prototype, evaluate, and improve learning experiences.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into structured, engaging, and accessible learning experiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead GA learning programs including AI and emerging technology.
• Own client-facing design process from discovery to delivery.
• Partner with sales and product to identify learner needs and translate those needs into practical learning solutions.
• Support pre-sales and client conversations by defining skill needs and learning pathways.
• Evaluate tools and workplace contexts to represent them in the learning experience.
• Define clear learning outcomes that move learners to practical application and productive work.
