Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months manufacturing/warehousing experience or equivalent.
• CRC Bronze or above.

Responsibilities

• Communicates safety discrepancies to Supervisor or Area Manager.
• Assists with product changeover and set up production equipment.
• Troubleshoots problems with equipment, devices, or products.
• Monitors and adjusts production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
• Inspects production for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
• Monitors SPC charts and uses precision measuring instruments for quality checks.
• Maintains inventory of job materials and ensures operators have raw materials and supplies.
• Inputs maintenance work orders through Maximo system.
• Writes work orders and updates journal at end of shift.
• Follows company policies and safety regulations.
