Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate safety discrepancies to Supervisor/Area Manager.
• Assist with changeover and setup of production equipment; verify safety equipment functions.
• Troubleshoot equipment, devices, or product issues.
• Monitor and adjust production processes for quality and productivity.
• Inspect production for quality and adherence to specs.
• Monitor SPC charts and perform quality checks with precision instruments.
• Maintain inventory of job materials and ensure adequate supplies.
• Enter ticket information accurately in the system.
• Provide production, progress, or changeover reports to shift supervisors.
• Write work orders and update shift journal.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Support PM, Kaizen, and G5S activities as needed.
• Assist engineers in prototyping or testing processes.
