Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to managers.

Responsibilities

• Supervises processes to ensure safe and efficient operations related to quality and productivity.
• Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale; drives continuous improvement.
• Tracks absenteeism, timekeeping and PTO for assigned shift.
• Coordinates resources to address and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime.

Education

Associate Degree in business or engineering field or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
