Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, IT operations, or related field, preferably in healthtech.
• Experience with senior/lead escalation ownership.
• Strong documentation habits and runbooks ability.
• Familiarity with HIPAA-conscious IT operations and security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation point for complex IT and operational issues.
• Own incidents from investigation through resolution and follow-up.
• Troubleshoot endpoints, identity, SaaS apps, networking, and AV.
• Coach IT Support staff; create runbooks and SOPs.
• Assist with onboarding, device provisioning, access changes, lifecycle.
• Monitor support trends and identify systemic issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance.
