Job summary

Sevaro Health is hiring a Technical Lead for IT Ops Support to provide hands-on technical leadership across IT operations. You will guide complex incident troubleshooting, optimize support workflows, and act as the escalation point when issues are not straightforward.

The role involves collaboration with clinicians, operations, engineering, and security in a distributed healthcare environment. The ideal candidate combines deep technical depth with a service mindset and strong documentation

Qualifications

5+ years in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations in healthtech or clinical settings.
Experience handling complex escalations at Senior/Lead/L3 level.
Proficient with IT service management and ticketing platforms.
Strong troubleshooting across Windows/macOS, IAM/SSO/MFA, SaaS apps, networking, and security.

Responsibilities

Lead Technical Support & Escalations for IT operations.
Own incidents from initial investigation to resolution and post-incident review.
Help clinicians and operational teams in a remote-first environment while maintaining HIPAA-conscious practices.
Develop runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge bases to improve reliability and reduce repeat issues.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance on tooling and upgrades.
