• Two+ years in IT operations, application support, or healthcare technology.
• Experience leading employees and coordinating team workloads.
• HIPAA compliance training or credential required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of IT training and application support specialists.
• Assign workloads, manage schedules, establish priorities, and monitor team performance.
• Oversee development, configuration, testing, and delivery of IT and healthcare application training programs.
• Ensure new and existing employees receive consistent, accurate, and engaging technology training.
• Support application readiness, system stability, data integrity, and end-user adoption.
• Coordinate training activities for system implementations, upgrades, and workflow changes.
• Partner with clinical, operational, compliance, and technical leaders to identify training needs.
• Maintain and improve training materials, SOPs, knowledge-base articles, workflows, and technical documentation.
• Review recurring support issues and identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors.
• Track team performance, service levels, training completion, and other operational metrics.
• Promote a service-first culture centered on accountability and collaboration.
