You will oversee mid-level engineers, guide design approaches, and support business development activities while delivering reliable, compliant treatment solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years related work experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical advisor on project teams, providing guidance on water quality and treatment evaluations for drinking water facilities.
• Provide guidance to process engineering staff on evaluating treatability of source water supplies based on water quality requirements.
• Recommend appropriate treatment processes, equipment, and materials.
• Advise on applied research techniques for bench, pilot, and full-scale testing.
• Oversee preparation of engineering deliverables including process/mass balance calculations, P&ID, and design criteria.
• Assist in development and maintenance of engineering standards and life cycle cost analyses.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering

Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral) preferred
